Don’t think that meditating is something difficult, that few can do “correctly.”
Don’t think that you don’t know how to meditate, that you can’t do it.
Don’t generate resistance, don’t struggle, don’t get frustrated.
Achieving the meditative state is actually quite simple:
It is becoming aware of what is going on in your mind and what you are feeling in the present moment.
Be aware of what is happening inside you.
There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve.
Just observe, let go and allow things to be as they are.
Meditation is going back to simplicity, to the basics, to your roots.
👇 Tip of the Day 👇
-
Develop your meditative practice.
There is no “right” way to reach the meditative state.
There are endless options to achieve this, and you can create your own practice.
Maybe it’s going for a walk, maybe it’s cooking, or maybe it’s doing the dishes. For someone it may be repeating a mantra, for others it may be enjoying their cup of coffee each morning, or focusing on their breathing.
There are no rules, you just have to find the activity that helps you to be aware of your mind and your feelings in the present moment…
And when you reach that point, you will know what the meditative state truly is.
