What is consciousness?
Where does it reside? How do I access it?
Is it in the brain or in the heart?
The answer is simple,
but deep:
consciousness is the universe itself.
We are not who we think,
but the thought that flows.
We are not who we feel,
but the feeling that arises.
We think we know,
but we know nothing.
Our perceptions are limited,
our understanding is vague.
Beyond the mind,
beyond the body,
we are pure consciousness,
without form or time.
In everything and in nothing,
in the visible and invisible,
we are the very essence,
infinite and indivisible.
We are not conscious beings,
we are consciousness itself.
There are no barriers,
there are no limits,
there is no time.
Consciousness is everything,
we cannot understand it,
we can only feel it.
Consciousness is where we come from,
and where we are going.
It is the origin and the destination.
👇 Reminder of the day 👇
-
You are much more than an individual and are part of something much bigger, you are part of a universal consciousness.
You are not someone conscious,
you are consciousness itself.
A part of the whole,
a whole that transcends you.
You are part of something bigger,
something you can’t see.
An absolute consciousness.
You can’t understand it,
you can’t explain it,
but you are part of it,
and you can feel it.
