A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about how gratitude has a positive impact on our brain.
Â
In response to that publication, Constanza wrote to me:
"In the last few weeks I have been reading a lot about gratitude, delving deeper into it, it is a practice that I do many years ago naturally and intuitively, because of my mother who was a person with great intuitive intelligence. Every day I see more and more the power of gratitude and I call it the seed of miracles".
Â
I loved Constanza’s poetic and accurate way of defining gratitude.
Â
According to the RAE, a miracle is “a fact not explainable by natural laws and attributed to supernatural intervention of divine origin.”
Â
When we vibrate at the frequency of gratitude, we send a signal to the universe that what we desire, on a metaphysical level, is already a reality. From that moment on, we only have to maintain that frequency until it manifests on the physical plane.
Â
So I totally agree with what Constanza says, gratitude is the seed of miracles.
👇 Tip of the Day 👇
- Water, nurture and care for your seeds until they germinate.
Once you plant a seed, you must water and nurture it with positive thoughts, feelings and emotions until it germinates. That is the role your attitude and energy play in the process.
Â
Remember that your thoughts, feelings and emotions create your reality. Choose to cultivate those that bring you closer to your dreams and goals.
Â
Thank you Constanza!
