Confirmation bias

Have you ever noticed how your mind focuses on information that confirms your beliefs? This is known as confirmation bias.

This phenomenon leads us to filter information to give greater relevance to what reinforces our pre-established convictions, rejecting or ignoring everything that contradicts them.

Confirmation bias is a major obstacle to our personal growth…

Because it limits us to only one perspective, we miss out on many opportunities to learn and evolve.
