A few days ago, Ludivina sent me a message that caught my attention. In her email, she told me “I wish you would be clearer when you propose a solution.”
Ludivina’s message was very interesting to me because, very often and not only in the field of spirituality and personal development, but in all aspects of life, we tend to look for the quick, magical solution or someone to solve our problems.
The delicate part of all this is that many people take advantage of this search, offering secret formulas and magic solutions for everything.
The truth is that neither I nor anyone else can offer you a unique solution to your problems. I can share what I would do if I had a particular problem or was in a similar situation, but I am not, nor am I you, and that changes everything. It is dangerous to assume that there are magic solutions that can work for everyone.
One of the biggest challenges of empathy is accepting the fact that, try as we might, we are not and will never be in the other person’s shoes. We all see, understand and analyze the world differently, based on our beliefs and experiences.

- Be wary of magic solutions and those who claim to have all the answers to your problems.
Don't believe those who tell you that their way of living and thinking is the right way, that waking up at 5 AM will make you a successful person, that eating a certain way will help you achieve X result, that reading a certain book will solve all your problems, etc.
What worked (or works) for other people should not be taken as an absolute truth or a solution for you. You are a unique individual and the solution that best suits your specific situation probably is, too.
On my part, I just want to remind you that my purpose with this project is to share with you tips or recommendations based on my experience; that have helped me (or others) and provide you with tools to find the best possible solution based on your situation, the way you interpret information and your past experiences.
