This was one of those weeks in which one feels a mixture of pride and satisfaction at seeing the results of so much effort and dedication.
These are the 6 highlights that impacted me the most:
H1: A global event
Since younity’s inception, our name has been closely associated with Dr Joe Dispenza. Through our platform, we have disseminated Dr Joe’s teachings in 16 different languages and have collaborated with him and his team to create a wide range of digital and live experiences that have transformed the lives of millions of people around the world.
Speaking of live experiences, I have to highlight the events that we have organized and carried out together with Dr Joe (some of which I have already told you about in previous occasions). But there’s something you might not know about these events: at each one, scientific research is conducted to record the effects meditation has on the body and mind of some of the participants.
The results of 4 years of arduous research were documented and brought to life in a fascinating documentary called “Source”. Earlier this year, the documentary was presented to the scientific community and, just a few days ago (June 21-23), it was shared free of charge in English with the general public.
Given the close relationship we have with Dr Joe and his team, and the common mission that unites us, since the beginning of 2024 we have been talking about the best way to collaborate in the dissemination of the documentary. And I have exciting news to share with you: last Monday we finally reached an agreement that will mark a milestone in our history!
Next September we will hold a free joint screening of “Source” in all the languages in which younity is available. It will be our first global launch and an unprecedented event that fills me with pride and satisfaction.
I know it will be a great logistical challenge, but I am also convinced that this event will bring us one step closer to the vision we share: a more empowered, conscious world full of unlimited possibilities.
More information coming soon!
H2: Bruce Lipton in Barcelona
After a couple of months trying to find the perfect date and location, we finally reached an agreement with Bruce to bring him to Barcelona 🙂
On Saturday November 9th and Sunday November 10th, we will have an event with him, at the Palacio de Congresos in Barcelona, which will be very special for me, not only because it is the city where I live, but also because it will be our first big live event for the younity community in Spanish.
In the coming weeks we will officially announce it through the different younity channels in Spanish and we will provide more information about the event.
And if you happen to be in Barcelona this July 20 – 21 and you are familiar with the Emotion Code, you might be interested in attending a 2-day workshop with its creator, Dr. Bradley Nelson.
On this page you can find more information about the July event: https://www.younity.one/es/bradley-nelson-barcelona/
I am very happy with the possibility of being able to create more live experiences, and I hope that soon we will have more and more events, not only in Spain but also in America.
H3: Doing the “impossible” every day
On Tuesday I was invited to a talk with Ruben Lopez, a purpose-driven entrepreneur with some of the world’s most extreme Guinness World Records.
Among some of Ruben’s records/achievements are swimming 20 km in the Bermuda Triangle, walking 200 km in the North Pole, rowing 355 km (during 6 days) in the Amazon, 3 ascents in only five days in Kilianjaro (one of the highest mountains in the world), walking 280 km in seven days in the Atacama Desert, among many others.
The reason Ruben does these challenges is to collect, mainly, tons of food for different NGOs around the world.
I loved learning Ruben’s story and the almost 2 hours that the talk lasted were truly inspiring, however, from everything I wrote down, there is one reflection that stands out above the rest and that I want to share with you:
From this life, we take nothing with us, but while we are alive we can achieve something truly meaningful if we help others. We all have a caring side, but sometimes we forget that solidarity is not only about giving, it is also about being empathetic, grateful, loving, compassionate.
Rubén López
H4: “Legacy”
This speech by Rafa Nadal at the 2024 graduation ceremony of his academy made my hair stand on end.
I hope you enjoy it too…
H5: 2 days and 3 words
This week I blogged about a productivity tool called the 2-day rule.
Yesterday, Saturday, a friend named Nicole sent me a WhatsApp message commenting that she had failed in her first attempt to put it into practice…

Those same 3 words that I recommended Nicole to repeat I also repeat them to myself when I lack clarity, conviction or commitment, and I’m sure they will help you too on those days when there is no time, desire or energy to do what you have to do.
Yesterday you said tomorrow, don’t fail ❤️
H6: A quote and a reflection
José Ortega y Gasset was a Spanish philosopher whose ideology was always interesting to me. So, I’d like to close this week’s newsletter with a quote from him that fits perfectly…
What is most valuable in man is his capacity for dissatisfaction.
José Ortega y Gasset
My close circle often tells me that I should enjoy what I am achieving and not demand so much of myself…
I, for my part, reply that my way of enjoying myself is to do more, achieve more and help more people.
This quote from Gasset always reminds me of the need not to remain stagnant and not to be satisfied with what is already established. It reminds me that we must continue to sow, in order, as I titled this week’s newsletter, to reap new fruits.
Until next Sunday, with 6 new highlights ❤️
