(6H #4) > Intention and Emotion

Today I am writing the 4th edition of this newsletter from Basel, where we have gathered 8,100 people to meditate and generate a positive change in their lives, with the help of Dr Joe Dispenza.

The event, as you can imagine, is one of the highlights of my week, but there is so much more I want to share with you.

These are the 6 things that impacted me the most.

H1: A complete rainbow

On Tuesday afternoon, flying to Barcelona, our flight had to be diverted for a few minutes due to weather conditions.

That unexpected delay, however, allowed me to experience something for the first time in my life, a complete rainbow.

Since I didn’t have my phone handy, I wasn’t able to capture it fully, however, it will be a memory I will never forget 🙂

After I got home, I started researching and learned that rainbows are actually complete circles. However, it is only possible to appreciate them when flying, literally, above the clouds.

H2: 5 powers

In a world where information multiplies exponentially, it is normal to feel overwhelmed.

So, today I want to share with you something I learned from the book Thriving on Overload: The 5 Powers for Success in a World of Exponential Informationby Ross Dawson.

In the book, Dawson explains a process of 5 steps (or powers, as he calls them), which are very useful to process the to process the avalanche of information to which we are exposed.

Purpose: Ask yourself what is your purpose for consuming the information. How will it help you? Is there a specific reason to consume it? How will it impact your life? Knowing why you consume information will help you focus on what really matters.

Approach: Consider how this information supports your plans, objectives or goals. Understanding your approach to the information will help you get the most out of it.

Filtering:
Being able to separate relevant information from irrelevant information can save you a lot of time and energy. Learn to quickly identify what is essential to your objectives and discard the rest.

Attention:
What information deserves your attention? This is an exercise to avoid distractions. Try to pay attention only to the things that really matter. Your time and energy are valuable resources, use them wisely.

Synthesis: It’s about seeing the big picture and putting all the pieces of information together to create a coherent whole. Synthesis allows you to draw conclusions and apply them in your life.

When you feel that you are exposed to an overwhelming amount of information, try implementing these 5 steps, which will help your brain identify and prioritize what is truly relevant to you.

H3: A small reflection

As the years go by, I plan less and do more. When I was younger, I spent a lot of time (and energy) trying to improve, and perfect whatever I was doing, down to the smallest detail. My mother would say “You’re very Virgo.”

Now, although my sign has not changed, my perspective has. I appreciate the power of action much more. Maybe I value my time more, maybe I have matured or I have simply understood that it is impossible to know everything or to plan every detail meticulously?

Or, I have finally accepted that perfection is, to a large extent, a subjective concept, and now I prioritize moving forward and adapting as I go along, recognizing that each step, even if not perfect, contributes to my growth and continuous learning.

H5: See the other side

The
progressive retreat is a 3-day event (Friday night, Saturday and Sunday) that immerses participants in an intense experience of self-discovery, personal growth and meditations.

As of this writing (Sunday at noon), the message from Dr Joe that has resonated most with me has a direct connection to my posting today: (“The Other Side”)

"When you are under the effects of stress, anxiety, fear and sadness, you only see the worst case scenario. It is not possible to see that there are other possibilities."

If you are going through a difficult time and you can’t see the other side keep this in mind and try to regulate stress and anxiety. When you do, remember that it is always possible to connect with other possibilities and potentials.

So, if your current circumstances are overwhelming you, don’t forget that there is always another side to discover, change your perspective and allow yourself to connect with new possibilities.

H6: The power of the mind

One of the most rewarding things about everything we do at younity is witnessing firsthand the positive impact we have on our community.

Testimonials of remission of terminal illnesses such as cancer, healing of autoimmune diseases and all sorts of other inspiring stories are even more impressive when we refer to Dr Joe’s events.

The reason behind these amazing manifestations? If you ask me, I would say it is the faith, trust and certainty that the attendees have that healing is on its way.

There is a phrase that summarizes and simplifies Dr Joe’s teachings to the maximum: “Clear intentions and high emotions“.

When someone clearly defines their intention to heal and creates coherence between their brain and their heart, an electromagnetic field and vibrational frequency is generated that connects the person with the possibility of healing. If that connection is maintained, opportunities and synchronicities begin to appear in your life, and from that point on, healing is only a matter of time.

Therefore, to close this week’s newsletter, I would like to share with you a reflection that I have repeated to many of the participants with whom I have had the opportunity to talk.

The human body is designed to be healthy, and the mind is largely responsible for making it sick. But just as it has the power to make you sick, it also has the power to heal you.

Whether you believe in God, the universe or someone like Dr Joe, I would like you to remember that the power of your mind goes far beyond what you think is possible, and that you can use that power to heal your body or to accomplish anything else you set your mind to.

Until next Sunday, with 6 new highlights ❤️
