(6H #30) > Clarity

After the rest days at the beginning of the year, I am back to my normal routine.
In the last week, I visited 4 cities and I have many anecdotes to share.
Here is a little reflection and then, the 6 highlights of my week.

Every night, no matter how dark, brings a new dawn, and every end, no matter how sad, brings a new beginning.

I wish you to live your life in such a way that, someday, when you look back, you will remember this moment as the beginning of a great change.

H1: Clarity

From Wednesday to Saturday I was in the south of Switzerland, exactly in the canton of Ticino, defining younity’s strategic priorities for the 2025 that has just begun.
And if I had to sum up these last few days with one word, it would be. “clarity.”
2025 will be a challenging year year of great challenges, but we are prepared for them and are clear about our priorities and our goals to continue to positively impact the lives of millions of people.

H2: Grief as a catalyst for change

A few days ago, I had the opportunity to share a live chat with Regina Cucurachi (@latefuerte) , in which we talked about how loss, grief (or any other traumatic event) can become a powerful catalyst for change.

You can watch the live recording below.

H3: Growth is gradual

Now that we are approaching the end of the first month of the year and many people will feel pressure or disappointment for not having made progress towards their goals or resolutions, I would like to remind you that…
Growth is gradual, it takes time. Even the most incredible achievement begins with a small step.
Today’s world values instant gratification, but what is truly meaningful takes time, patience and effort.
Don’t let the calendar or the expectations of others put pressure on you, don’t worry about when, how and where…
What is really important is to focus on what you can do now, to move forward to where you want to be.
Focus on the next step, on the small things, because over time, those small victories will turn into big accomplishments.

H4: Notes

If you’ve been reading me for a while, I’m sure you know that writing is one of the things I enjoy doing the most.

And since I always have something at hand to capture my ideas and thoughts, this week we started to share in RR.SS some of my reflections in a new format (notes from my notebook)

Nunca es tarde para volver a empezar

H5: Design your 2025 in conscience

Last Monday we opened registration for the first younity experience in Spanish this year.

A free webinar to be held on January 23rd in which Tammy Muñoz will share with our community the 4 pillars to design a 2025 in conscience.

H6: Change internal conversation

Yesterday, Saturday, I came across this talk by Lety Sahagún on the Mexican version of the BBVA podcast (Aprendamos juntos).

In the 30-odd minutes of the video, Lety shares anecdotes and her philosophy of life.

The part that, personally, I found most interesting, and that I mark you below, is when he talks aboutthe frustration that comes from not feeling enough, and how unconditional love for ourselves is the perfect antidote to overcome that narrative.

I hope you enjoy it.

Until next Sunday, with 6 new highlights. ❤️
